🔹 General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to stravelshaldia25@gmail.com or through your booking dashboard.
- All cancellations are subject to applicable cancellation fees and third-party supplier terms.
- Cancellation will be considered effective only upon confirmation by our support team.
🔹 Cancellation Timelines & Charges
- Domestic Tour Packages:
- 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
- Refunds depend on supplier confirmation and may take additional processing time.
- Refunds (if any) will be issued after deducting provider cancellation fees.
🔹 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
- For Cash on Delivery or UPI payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI ID.
- S.Travels is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.
